As the customer, you send us a full spec of the car you require, even if you wish to have unique extras, we should be able to forfill these for you. For example you may want ipods installed or a handsfree kit, dog guards or a bicycle rack.

Within 24hrs we will return your email or call and check we have all the correct details.  We may also advise you in some areas.  For example, running boards look great on a BMW X5, however many of our clients find they are situated in such a place that they rarely use them and constantly end up getting mud rubbed off on their trouser leg!  At this point we may also take details of your part exchange and advise you on financing options if you need it.

Our team then get to work sourcing your car.  We use a national database of 2000 dealers but also source through all other advertising media, even Autotrader.  We have a European network if you are looking for an import, parrallel import or such like.

Once a car has been sourced we wil contact you again to let you know we are viewing it. You are under no obligation to buy.

All cars are viewed by Miles himself, he checks through the vehicles using his unique appraisal system.  If he is happy with the car he may phone you to make some last minute checks.

The next step is yours, and hopefully you'll be happy for us to go ahead with all the checks we need to do, including HPI.

The car is purchased has a full valet and its final preparations, it is then bought to the destination you arranged with us.  Your new car will always be personally delivered by Miles so you can meet each other in person, he can answer any questions you may have and help you with any paperwork.

Car Source provide you with all the documentation you need for the vehicle and once you have your new car we will leave you to enjoy it.  However we remain at the end of the phone if you need any help.  Within our network we have fantastic and reliable contacts within all fields of service so we can offer a full after sales car programme if desired.
